Becoming Whole: A Journey Through Song
Join soprano Krystle Fink for an intimate recital exploring a deeply personal six year journey through love, loss, grief, and healing. The program features a thoughtfully curated selection of art song, operatic repertoire, and contemporary vocal works, each chosen for its emotional resonance and storytelling power.
Through music by a range of composers and styles, Fink reflects on love, marriage, motherhood, a period of emotional hardship and personal transition, the heartbreak of divorce, the loss of her grandmother, and the healing and strength afterwards. Each musical selection represents a chapter of transformation, tracing her path toward self-rediscovery and renewal.
Becoming Whole highlights the power of music as a vehicle for healing and self-expression. As both artist and storyteller, Fink uses her voice to explore resilience, reflection, and the reclamation of peace, happiness, and confidence. The recital offers audiences an emotionally honest and musically rich experience that speaks to the universal process of becoming whole again after loss.
