About

Krystle Fink is a versatile soprano celebrated for her rich tone, expressive storytelling, and exceptional vocal range (C3–D6), allowing her to perform repertoire spanning contralto through high coloratura soprano. A dynamic crossover artist, she appears regularly as a soloist and ensemble singer in operatic, choral, sacred, and contemporary performances throughout the Baltimore/Washington region.

Recent engagements include Lady Ella in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Patience with the Victorian Lyric Opera Company, Le Baron de Pictordu in Pauline Viardot’s Cendrillon with CJ Productions and the Queen in The Queen’s Lace Handkerchief scenes during the Johann Strauss II 200th Birthday Concert and Gala presented by the Victorian Lyric Opera Company. She also participated in the Charm City Opera Retreat, collaborating with regional artists and performers.

Krystle currently serves as Soprano Soloist and Section Leader at Bishop Cummins Reformed Episcopal Church in Catonsville, Maryland, and has offered sacred music leadership and solo artistry in the Baltimore area for more than five years. She is also a standby candidate for the Washington National Opera.

As an artist on the Maryland State Arts Council Touring Roster, Krystle presents engaging recital programs designed for recital halls, churches, libraries, universities, schools, and community arts venues. Her featured touring programs include: Becoming Whole: A Journey in Song and The Black Voice Speaks: A Living Legacy in Song

Krystle is also the co-founder of Baltimore Vocal Village, a new performing arts organization dedicated to cultivating community through singing, storytelling, spoken word, and collaborative performance experiences. Krystle is passionate about providing accessible arts for all people in the Baltimore community no matter their background and level of artistry.

With more than 25 years of choral experience, Krystle has performed with ensembles including Camerata Baltimore, Baltimore Choral Arts Society, and Six Degree Singers, where she also served as Assistant Artistic Director. She is deeply committed to ensemble artistry and the power of music to foster connection and community.

In addition to her performance career, Krystle is a dedicated public school music educator with over 17 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about helping students discover their voices, build confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.

Krystle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance with a minor in Spanish from Frostburg State University, a Master of Music Education from Shenandoah Conservatory, and both an MBA and MS in Nonprofit Management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
